Jim Keatts
Mr. Keatts is a former Assistant State’s Attorney who has litigated thousands of misdemeanor and felony criminal cases in State and Federal Court, including several highly publicized cases. He is also an adjunct professor for the Legal Studies Institute at Anne Arundel Community College. He has appeared as a legal expert on local television and radio programs. Mr. Keatts is admitted to practice law in Maryland State Courts, the United States District Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

Keith Horton
Mr. Horton previously worked at a law firm in downtown Baltimore representing clients in criminal and civil capacities. His primary focus now is representing clients involved in personal injury accidents and clients in need of family law representation. Mr. Horton has tried a multitude of cases to verdict with exceptional results. He is admitted to practice law in Maryland State Courts and the United States District Court.
